All digital products, including but not limited to templates, guides, calculators, downloadable files, and digital resources sold through this store, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Silent 1%.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not:

SECTION 2 — PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Our Print-on-Demand (POD) products are custom-made upon order.

While we strive to display product images, colors, and designs as accurately as possible, slight variations in:

  • Color appearance,
  • Print placement,
  • Fabric texture,
  • Product dimensions,

may occur due to different screen settings and production processes.

These variations are considered normal characteristics of custom manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase:

  • Orders cannot be canceled;
  • Orders cannot be modified;
  • Digital purchases are non-refundable.

Physical & Print-on-Demand Products

Cancellation requests may only be accepted before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases made through our store.

SECTION 4 — DIGITAL FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

Digital Products

Delivery is completed electronically.

Access instructions, download links, or digital files will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

We are not responsible for failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the customer.

Physical & Print-on-Demand Products

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the designated shipping carrier.

SECTION 5 — PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use this website or its content:
