1. Digital Products Fulfillment
Instant Delivery
All digital products, including templates, guides, downloadable resources, and digital tools, are delivered automatically once your payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery Method
Your download links or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. In most cases, delivery occurs within minutes.
Shipping Fees
All digital products include free worldwide delivery, with no additional charges.
2. Print-on-Demand & Physical Products
Our apparel and selected physical products are produced and fulfilled through trusted manufacturing and logistics partners. Because many items are made to order, fulfillment timelines differ from digital products.
Processing Time
All physical and Print-on-Demand (POD) orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not processed, manufactured, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Within Egypt
- 3–5 business days after processing.
International Orders
- 7–14 business days after processing.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and carrier operations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for physical products are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active within the carrier's system.
4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
The Silent 1% has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable fulfillment partners, The Silent 1% is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
- You may also contact our support team, and we will gladly assist you by providing the necessary shipment details.
6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or disruptions affecting shipping carriers.
