30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Returned with its original tags and packaging;
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective,
  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

please contact us immediately at contact@thesilent1.store with your order number and supporting photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Digital Products (Final Sale)

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all digital products are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital templates,
  • Downloadable files,
  • Calculators,
  • Guides,
  • E-books,
  • Worksheets,
  • Any other electronically delivered products.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Digital products;
  • Personalized or custom-made items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale;
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different item, the fastest way is to return the eligible product and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition;
  • Original tags and packaging must be included;
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that this statutory right does not apply to certain exempt products, including digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
